The rest was pretty standard mail, saying that the SI has no vote, and the like. However, the above was what caught my attention. As far as I understand it, is a woolly good. NOT true that 20% of cancellations kill the box, or election district. Can be only one valid vote, and already it is decided the election.
However, the purpose of invalid votes is not to decide the winner of the election. After all, our view is that, whoever wins, the result is the same. However, the invalid vote affects perdedores.Los SI effects are as follows:
